48 Hour Goodwill Return: In our unique 48-hours returns policy, the customer is entitled to return an Unwanted item within 48-hours of sale for a full refund to CeX voucher. Refund will be subject to testing and if the item is returned in the same condition as sold.
No Cash/Card refunds shall be made under any circumstances.
24 Month Warranty: If the product sold by us is found to be faulty or develops a fault within 24-months of sale, we can offer a repair/ replacement/ refund provided the fault is covered under warranty. Refund processed would be to current or original value (whichever is lower) in the form of a voucher, as per company policy and condition of the item returned.
- All faults must be verified in order to honour the warranty. Faults due to removable batteries not covered beyond 28 days.
- Ensure to carry the purchase receipt along with the item. Without the purchase receipt, we are unable to book the item for testing.
- The 2 Days Goodwill return does not include new items such as CeX Basics and SIM Cards.
- You do not have to return to the same store that the item was purchased in. Your warranty will be valid in any CeX store.
- Please note that items that have "(s)" in the name are restricted from our unwanted items returns policy, along with titles that are exclusively for online play
- *Please Note: Repairs can take up to 15 Days. However, we always endeavour to get your product repaired within a reasonable timeframe.
